GastAmo

Gastamo is not just the name of a company, but rather a feeling. A sense of feeling welcome and being at home, no matter where you are.

Translated from Esperanto, Gastamo means hospitality.

We want to connect every person on earth who feels and lives hospitality with one another. Today we are far too little focused on how we and our fellow human beings are doing. It's much more about functioning. GastAmo is convinced that this only happens optimally when we all feel welcome.  

We achieve this by listening to people in order to then implement what they need in tailor-made coaching and training concepts for our partners.

We get the expertise for these projects from our many years of experience in the hospitality industry, which has brought us to various stations in the world.

What struck us again and again is that people only performed as expected when they were really comfortable. However, this is not achieved through business-promoting training alone. You can see an even greater success if the employees are personally developed.
