Upscale hotels and restaurants

We currently look after several hotels in Austria and Belgium.

In one of the hotels in Austria we have so far used our entire range for the hospitality industry. The hotel is in the 5-star category and 200 employees take care of the well-being of 400 guests.

An analysis with the restaurant management has shown that cooperation and on-the-job coaching are the most sensible way to achieve a maximum goal. We implemented this in two months in the summer of 2021 and increased the productivity of our employees. In addition, the house has decided to organize an empowerment training together with GastAmo as a kick-off for the season. With the "Fire & Ice" program, we will equip the employees with a positive mindset and prepare them for a successful season.

Projects at and with schools

Qualified employees are needed more than ever. Especially in the hotel and catering industry. As a graduate of a tourism school, it is therefore very important for Julian Staar to promote young people and to increase the quality of training at schools. We are currently working together with 2 well-known tourism schools in Austria and a university in the Netherlands to develop new ways of teaching in the industry together with the pupils and students and to make the entire hospitality world more attractive for young people again.

Identity Projects International

Empowering people beyond entrepreneurship. A task that Gastamo Consulting pursues with great enthusiasm. The Identity Projects pursue this goal in several projects around the world with a focus on the African continent. According to the motto Community over Competition, young entrepreneurs are prepared and trained to use their ideas to make a difference in society.
